Sustainability is often defined as the “ability to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.” Going beyond environmental sustainability, this concept now includes all types of social and environmental impacts. As sustainability becomes a key focus for more organizations, WHISTLE strives to develop new ways of executing and delivering meetings. At WHISTLE we reinforce the reuse of materials for scenery and directional signage, believe in reduction of printed materials with the use of digital imagery, source locally when possible, and we are mindful of the energy required to turn the lights on. We make sure to turn all lights off at the end of the day. The planet and its future is everone’s responsibility and it drives our purpose everyday.
