Fulfillment Policy for Consulting Services

1. Overview
At WHISTLE we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services that meet our clients’ needs. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms under which our services are delivered, scheduled, modified, and canceled.
2. Service Fulfillment
- Engagement Initiation: Once a consulting agreement is signed and initial payment (if applicable) is received, service delivery will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
- Delivery Format: Services may be delivered in person, via video conferencing, phone calls, or other mutually agreed-upon formats.
- Deliverables: Specific deliverables, if any, will be detailed in the consulting agreement or project scope document.
3. Scheduling and Rescheduling
- Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions or project milestones at least 7 days in advance.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or client portal) at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled session.
